Doctor Dey provides healthcare consultation services through virtual (video and voice calls) and in-person sessions with qualified medical professionals. Our Services include but are not limited to:

- Group therapy sessions
- Anxiety and depression counseling
- Lab review and analysis
- Wellness programs
- Follow-up care and treatment monitoring
4. Recording of Sessions - Strict Prohibition
Recording of consultation sessions (virtual or in-person) is strictly prohibited unless explicit written permission has been obtained from Doctor Dey in advance.
This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:
- Audio recordings of any kind
- Video recordings or screen captures
- Photographic documentation
- Transcription services or software
- Any other form of documentation not explicitly authorized
Violation of this policy constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in:
- Immediate termination of the consultation session
- Permanent suspension of your account and access to our Services
- Legal action to protect patient privacy and confidentiality
- Forfeiture of any fees paid for the session
To request permission to record a session, you must submit a written request to info.doctordey@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, stating the reason for the recording and intended use.
5. User Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if you are a minor
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
6. Appointment Booking and Cancellation
6.1 Booking
You may book consultations through our website or mobile application. By booking an appointment, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the selected service tier.
6.2 Cancellation Policy
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund available
- 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund available
- Less than 12 hours notice: No refund available
- No-show: Full fee charged with no refund
6.3 Rescheduling
You may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
7. Payment Terms
All fees are stated in Nigerian Naira (₦) and must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept payment through authorized payment processors. You agree to:
- Provide accurate payment information
- Pay all applicable fees and charges
- Be responsible for any additional fees charged by your payment provider
- Understand that fees are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
